Worldwide Shipping
We ship to all countries worldwide. There are no restrictions on shipping destinations.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of $69 USD or more: Free worldwide shipping
- Orders under $69 USD: Flat shipping fee of $15 USD
Production Time
All business cards are custom printed to order. Production takes approximately 7 business days, excluding public holidays. Production begins only after full payment is received and your design proof has been approved.
Delivery Time
After production is complete, delivery takes up to 14 days depending on your location. Please allow up to 3 weeks from your order date for full delivery.
Delivery times may be extended due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dididot@dididot.kr within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
