Welcome to UNTITLED STUDIO! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to UNTITLED STUDIO. UNTITLED STUDIO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). UNTITLED STUDIO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
UNTITLED STUDIO specializes in custom-designed business cards, printed and shipped worldwide. We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings.
All custom business cards are made to order. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality will meet your expectations beyond what is depicted in the approved design proof. Please review your design proof carefully before approving, as approved custom orders cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. UNTITLED STUDIO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until UNTITLED STUDIO confirms acceptance and receives full payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once a custom order is accepted and production has begun, cancellations may not be accommodated.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Orders of $69 USD or more qualify for free worldwide shipping. Orders under $69 USD will incur a flat shipping fee of $15 USD.
We accept PayPal and major credit cards. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All business cards are custom printed. Production takes approximately 7 business days, excluding public holidays. After production, delivery takes up to 14 days depending on your location.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, images, and product designs, is the property of UNTITLED STUDIO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Please review their policies before engaging in any transaction.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
UNTITLED STUDIO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with UNTITLED STUDIO. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and UNTITLED STUDIO.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our privacy policy.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
